Keep your account credentials confidential, use available security controls and grant team access only to authorised people. Notify Clickgo promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Never share account passwords or provider access tokens with support.

Shopify, Meta, courier and payment connections depend on the permissions and credentials you provide and on each provider’s service. Tokens can expire or be revoked; permissions, rate limits and provider changes can interrupt access. Merchants must maintain valid authorisation. Clickgo cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.

Maintenance, network failures and third-party outages may temporarily affect access or synchronisation. No uninterrupted-service guarantee or specific uptime commitment is created by this policy. Report service issues with the affected order or transaction reference; avoid repeated payment or shipment requests until their status is checked.

Order, tracking and analytics data may update after the original provider event. Verify recipient details, product declarations, weight and shipment information before dispatch. Recommendations and estimated delivery dates are advisory, not guaranteed outcomes. Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, abuse APIs, distribute malware, bypass account restrictions or use the platform for unlawful activity. Clickgo’s software, brand and platform materials remain its intellectual property. Your licence is limited to authorised business use under the Terms & Conditions.

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to info@clickgo.in without accessing other users’ data. Clickgo may restrict access where necessary to address fraud, compromised credentials or breaches of its terms. An access restriction does not erase outstanding shipping or payment obligations.
